Officer

President
|
Shall preside at all meetings of the Club and of the Board and
shall have duties and powers normally appurtenant to the
office of President. They shall carry-out such other duties for
this office as are prescribed by the Constitution and By-Laws,
Standing Rules, and Duties and Responsibilities description
for the office.

Vice-President
|
Shall have powers and exercise the duties of the President in
case of the President’s death, absence, incapacity or
resignation.

Sandy B.

Treasurer
|
Shall collect and receive all moneys due or belonging to the
Club and receipt thereof. They shall deposit the same in the
Bank satisfactory to the Board, in the name of the Club. The
books shall at all times be open to inspection of the Board,
and the Treasurer shall report to them at every meeting the
condition of the Club’s finances and every item or receipt or
payment not before reported, and at the annual meeting
render an account of all moneys expended during the previous
fiscal year. They shall carry-out such other duties for this office
as are prescribed by the Constitution and By-Laws, Standing
Rules, and Duties and Responsibilities description for the
office.

Recording Secretary
|
Shall keep a record of all meetings of the Club and of the
Board and of all matters of which the Club shall order a record.
They shall carry-out such other duties for this office as are
prescribed by the Constitution and By-Laws, Standing Rules,
and Duties and Responsibilities description for the office.

Corresponding Secretary
|
Shall have charge of all of the correspondence, notify officers
and Directors of their election to office, send welcome packets
to all new members, submit and manage applications to the
AKC for all sanctioned competitions. They shall carry-out such
other duties for this office as are
prescribed by the Constitution and By-Laws, Standing Rules,
and Duties and Responsibilities description for the office.

Board of Directors
|
Shall participate in the Board’s handling of the general
management of the Club’s affairs, in addition to any other
duties assigned to them for this purpose.
